PB & J Smoothie πŸ“πŸ₯œ

For the lovers of PB & J, lovers of smoothies, and lovers of something a lil sweet, all while getting in only the good stuff.....I give you your new go to πŸ‘Œ

(plus I’m using this as yet another opportunity to sell ya’ll on the green smoothie!)

Ingredients

  • 60-80g frozen strawberries (I used 4-5 large frozen ones)

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 TBSP flax seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk (more or less depending on how thick you want it)

  • 1 TBSP peanut butter

  • BIG handful of spinach...with the combo of vanilla powder and banana you can go heavy handed with the spinach here but if you don’t trust me (YET!) you can always add a small handful then increase after tasting to make sure it doesn’t over power the smoothie for you.

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt


Method

  • Blend. Taste. Shout out an enthusiastic MMMMM. And enjoy πŸ˜‰

  • Notes: Switch up the milk to suit you or just use water. You could also use another 20-40g of strawberries instead of adding banana if you are not a big fan of bananas or want to stick to lower sugar fruits.
