Meet Haidee,

The Bristol based, health food enthusiast, self proclaimed chef, wannabe athlete, and science geek behind Haidee H-B Nutrition……

I believe that being healthier, happier, and stronger against whatever life throws our way involves;

  • Nourishing our body with real unprocessed wholefoods.

  • Prioritising time for resting and recharging.

  • Moving as our bodies are built to for both long term health and feeling strong.

  • Building positive daily habits for sustainability and success

  • Gaining a better understanding of our own individual needs and how to adapt - what works best for you is not what works best for others, and what used to serve you in the past may not in the future.

I work with you to identify the root cause of symptoms; to understand what is out of balance, and the contributing factors; how to tackle these and fuel your body to feel and function optimally.

Nutrition coach for an app coaching users through an anti-inflammatory diet

Recipe developer & nutrition adviser for both health food shops/cafe’s & online programmes.

Other collaborative content creation (informative articles/meal plans/recipes) especially on the topics of sports nutrition, female health, cravings and blood sugar balance, low carbohydrate/ketogenic diets, weight management.
