      <image:caption>1 tin chopped tomatoes 1 jar roasted red peppers 7-10 slices jarred jalapeno (depending on how spicy you like - of course feel free to load up more or only use 4-5) Juice of half a lime 1 tbsp dried coriander leaves (or a large handful of fresh would be A-mazing I just didn't have it on hand) 1-2 garlic cloves - finely chopped/minced 1 tsp sea salt Optional - 1/4-1/2 a red or yellow onion. Again I didn't have on hand but this would be a good addition - just add to the food processor first or finely chop by hand to make sure no large chunks so nobody cries while eating your salsa!</image:caption>
